Michael is a Partner and co-founder at Overture and oversees capital formation and state & local policy. Michael O’Neil has over 20 years experience as a leader on technology policy, government, and public affairs. At Airbnb, Michael oversaw America’s Policy Partnerships, as well as overseeing staff across America engaged in state policy, public affairs, and regulatory campaigns at a crucial stage in the company’s pre-IPO strategy. He served in the White House Office of the Chief of Staff, Office of Political Strategy and Outreach, and Presidential Personnel overseeing hundreds of appointments across every agency. Michael currently works public policy, public affairs, and community engagement at Vivid Seats, which recently became a publicly traded company in Q4 of 2021. Michael is an advisor to early stage startups and nonprofits.

Michael holds a BA from the College of Wooster.
