Emma is Partner & COO at Overture. She joined Overture as its first employee in 2022. Prior to Overture, Emma worked at Powerhouse, a digital-first energy and infrastructure fund, where she led company operations and supported strategic initiatives for corporate and investor partners. She was selected as a 2023 Clean Energy Leadership Institute (CELI) Fellow.

Before that, Emma led design and architecture teams on a Department of Energy award-winning net-zero elementary school project and contributed to food access and climate resilience initiatives through roles at a food and agriculture accelerator and Historic New England.

Emma holds a B.A. from Middlebury College. Outside of work, she can be found exploring California’s diverse landscapes by ski, bike, and foot.
